We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from ReTweed. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund of the purchase price plus the original delivery charge.

If you originally ordered more than one item and are not returning all of them, the refunded delivery charge will be proportional to the number of items being returned. For example, if you ordered 5 items – which would have cost £7.85 for delivery – but wish to keep 2 items and return 3 of them, you will be refunded £3 of your original delivery charge.

1. You must notify us by email at sales@retweed.com within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to make a return.
2. You must then return your items to us at 26 High Street, Eyemouth TD14 5EU within 14 days of having notified us. Please include a printout of your original order email with your package.
3. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned items or proof of delivery (whichever is sooner). We reserve the right to withhold part of or the whole refund should the returned goods be found to be damaged or otherwise in a state that means we cannot sell them again.
